Lakeview Lodge is newly built and located right next to the Island Park Reservoir. With lake access to boat ramps 1 minute away, make sure to bring your boat, jet skis, paddle boards, kayak, etc! Enjoy the hot tub on the deck, or gather round the fire pit out back! Gaze at the beautiful views of Island Park scenery and reservoir from deck or the upstairs balcony! Also a short distance from the West entrance to Yellowstone Park. Large drive way and covered awning for your boat/jet ski trailer.

This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin sleeps 20 people and has a loft area with extra sleeping in addition to the 5 bedrooms! The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils and has plenty of dining space for the whole group. The main living area has a couple comfy couches and beautiful gas fireplace. Down the hall is a washer and dryer set to make you feel right at home. There’s also a spacious wrap around deck with the hot tub, where you can sit and relax as you watch the sun set. The basement living room has comfy seating and a smart TV so everyone can watch a movie/TV shows together. The Loft space upstairs has a fun play area that kids will love and walks out onto the balcony with amazing sun rise views over Island Park Reservoir!

You’ll have access to the entire cabin including the hot tub, grill, fire pit, washer/dryer, and all the parking space outside! (RV’s and camper trailers not allowed) Usually, there is propane for the grill and something to burn near the fire pit. If not, you’re responsible for filling up the propane tank or getting fire wood from a gas station nearby. We also ask that you do a small list of tasks before you checkout to keep the cleaning cost low, and to ensure our cleaning service has enough time to get everything ready between guests.

The cabin is located in the centennial subdivision, making it close to the reservoir and horse back riding! Short driving distance to the West entrance of Yellowstone and the gas station/grocery store. Also, great access to trails for ATVs/snowmobiles. Towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, are included without extra fees.

There isn’t any public transportation in the area so you’ll need to have a car to get around. There 700+ miles of trails that you can ride motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles etc on. We have ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles available for rent if you’re looking for a different way to explore the area other than in a car.

From mid-December to March you can depend on snow in Island Park. The roads are plowed well, but it would be a good idea to bring a vehicle that works well in the snow. A truck with clearance, 4WD or AWD is best.

Take an adventure on the hundreds of miles of trails for snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs right out the back door. We also rent out snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs as well and can arrange a rentals for you!

We ask that you do a couple simple things when checking out like place your trash in bins outside, load and start dishwasher, wash towels and leave them drying, pull sheets off of beds that are slept in and leave them on beds. We do this to make sure the cleaning service has enough time to get the cabin ready for the next guests and to keep fees lower for you.
